The learned AGP submits that the inspection report clearly indicates that the Petitioner has removed all deficiencies. 2.
The learned Advocate, Mr. Nikhil Adkine, points out that the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), has already given its approval for the Academic Year 2025-2026. It was only because of the dictate of the Joint Secretary, Higher and Technical Education Department, Government of Maharashtra, that the Petitioner was temporarily not Gayatri Shimpi
916-WP-13097-2025.odt permitted to admit students for the first year. He submits that the Maharashtra Government has now given the clearance and there is no impediment. Furthermore, the PCI has now removed the name of the Petitioner Institution from 'No admission' category. 3.
We, therefore, direct the MSBTE to consider the Petitioner Institution for grant of Affiliation, within 24 hours. 4.
In the event affiliation is granted by MSBTE, we direct the concerned Authorities, especially Respondent Nos.1 to 3, to forthwith include the Petitioner Institution in the list of eligible colleges, on its website, indicating that the said Institution is available for admission of students for the Diploma courses.
