The learned Advocate for the Corporation submits on instructions, that the Petitioner, along with another person, who is likely to be affected, would be issued specific notices and will be given an opportunity of hearing. After considering their submissions, whether orally or in writing, a reasoned order would be passed by 31st October, 2025.

The notice which the Corporation would issue to these two persons, should contain the fact situation on the basis of which the Corporation desires to withdraw the promotion granted to the Petitioner. 3.

Needless to state, on receiving such a notice, the Petitioner as well as the other person, would be at liberty to tender their written submissions within 7 days, either by tendering a physical copy or by sending the same through e-mail, to the Corporation. Thereafter, the Corporation would pass a reasoned order, on or before 15th November, 2025 and serve such order on both the candidates, through e-mail within 3 days of the passing of the order. The person aggrieved by the order would be at liberty to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law. 4.

Since we are informed that the order of promotion of the Petitioner has not yet been cancelled, the Petitioner would remain in the same position till a decision is taken.
