The petitioner has challenged the order dated 19 September 2025 passed by the first respondent. The first respondent, by his letter dated 16 October 2025, has tendered an unconditional apology and filed an affidavit stating that he had no jurisdiction to pass the said order. He has, therefore, withdrawn the impugned order dated 19 September 2025. The withdrawal of the said order is accordingly permitted.

In view of the withdrawal of the impugned order, the petition stands disposed of.
