Since a question is raised on the procedure adopted while appointing compassionate appointees (20 appointments) on 25th April, 2022, the name of the Petitioner is at Serial No.13, we direct the Corporation to conclude the inquiry as to whether the appointments were made by following a regular procedure, and whether the appointees are LRs. of the deceased employees of the Municipal Corporation, within a period of 21 days from today and submit the report to this Court on the returnable date. 4.
