After hearing the Petitioner for some time, the Petitioner has undertaken to hand over the vacant possession of subject premises within a period of 15 days from today. An Affidavit of undertaking shall be filed within one week from today.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition No. 13164 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn unconditionally.
