The primary grievance of the Petitioner pertains to nonfurnishing of copy of the order passed by Hon'ble The Chief Justice on the administrative side, on 9th July 2025, for which the Petitioner is seeking a Writ of Mandamus. Such a mandamus, in our view, would not lie, in the eyes of law. There is also no explanation as to why, the copy of the relevant document could not sought by making an application under the Right to Information ("RTI") Act, 2005.

As regards the other grievance of the Petitioner pertaining to C.R.A. No. 164 of 2007, here also, he has failed to explain, as to 13th October 2025

22-ASWP-13174-2025.DOC why, appropriate prayer/application could not be made before the learned Single Judge in the pending proceedings, seeking relief. 3.

Therefore, by granting liberty to the Petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, as may be permissible under the law, we close the Writ Petition.
