Arguable questions as to whether the Competent Authority could have passed the impugned order by way of Corrigendum to a certificate of unilateral deemed conveyance initially granted by an order dated 29th November 2021 and whether the impugned order falls within the ambit of procedural review or substantive review, may warrant consideration.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 24th November

Mr. Amogh Singh, the learned counsel waives notice to respondent no. 1.

In addition to notice through Court, the petitioner is at liberty to serve the respondents by private service and file an affidavit of service. 8.

Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the impugned order a conveyance has already been executed and registered. 9.

In view of aforesaid submission, Mr. Kanade, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to amend the petition so as to assail the conveyance as well.
