By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has sought issuance of directions to the Tahsildar to take physical possession of the secured asset in pursuance of the order dated 5th February 2024 passed by the District Magistrate and Collector, Pune.

The Writ Petition had been stood over today for the the learned AGP for the Respondent - State to take instructions. 3.

Today, the learned AGP on instructions states that physical possession of the secured asset is scheduled to be taken on 9th January 2026. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Order dated 24th December 2025
