By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has sought issuance of directions to the Tahsildar to take physical possession of the secured asset in pursuance of the order dated 14th May 2024 passed by the District Magistrate, Pune.

The Writ Petition had been stood over today for the the learned AGP for the Respondent - State to take instructions. 3.

Today, the learned AGP on instructions states that physical possession of the secured asset is scheduled to be taken on 23rd January 2026. The statement is accepted.
