Heard Mr. Bhavake, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mali, learned A.G.P, for Respondents - State. 2.

Mr. Bhavake, learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the proposal seeking individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner in the post of "Shikshan Sevak" is pending with respondent No.5 - The Education Officer (Secondary). He would further submit that direction be given to respondent No.5- The Education Officer (Secondary) to decide the proposal within the time frame. Mr. Mali, learned A.G.P would submit that if the petitioner and Management cure the queries raised by the Competent Authority, the proposal be decided within sixteen weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent No.5 - The Education Officer (Secondary) to decide the proposal on it's own merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. If there are deficiencies in the proposal, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner and the Management. The petitioner and School Management shall cure the said deficiencies within a period of two weeks from the date of communication.

The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. All contentions are kept open.
