The orders impugned in the writ petitions arises out of exercise of power under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 against whom the petitioner has alternate statutory remedy by way of revision under Section 154 of the MCS Act. Hence, keeping all questions raised in the writ petitions open to adjudicated in the revision application, present writ petitions stands disposed of.

Accordingly, all pending interim applications, if any, stand disposed of.
