KSG 2-WP-13203-2025.doc 2) Heard Mr. Kulkarni, learned Advocate for Petitioners, Smt.Solunke, learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Mr. Shah, learned Advocate for the Respondent No.5. 3) Shri. Rajaram M. Dere, Special Recovery Officer of Respondent No.5 has filed an Affidavit dated 8th December 2025. In paragraph No.15 thereof it is stated that, the OTS Scheme 2024 has come to an end on 31 st March 2025 and vide GR dated 24th June 2025, the State of Maharashtra has given effect to OTS Scheme 2025, which has been accepted by the Bank. That, the Respondent-Bank has accepted the OTS Scheme 2025. That, since all the earlier proposals of Petitioners have elapsed, the Petitioners ought to submit a fresh proposal on or before 28th February, 2026 alongwith 5% mandatory amount as stated in the Exhibit-5 (Page No.

187) to the Petition, to enable the Respondent-Bank to take a decision on the said OTS proposals. 4) In view thereof, learned Advocate for Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to file a fresh proposal as per said OTS Scheme on or before 28th February 2026 as noted above. 4.1) Leave and liberty granted.
