The learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondent No. 2 submit that the Petitioner and Respondent No.2 have arrived at an amicable resolution of the dispute and Consent Terms have been executed.

The learned Counsel seek leave to tender the Consent Terms. Leave granted.

Shrinivasan Venkatraman Iyer, the authorised signatory of the Petitioner, and Mr. Anil Jakhete, the Secretary of the Respondent No. 2society are present before the Court. A letter of authorisation in favour of the Shrinivasan Venkatraman Iyer and the Resolution passed in the Special General Body meeting of the Respondent No.2-society held on 27th July 2025, are annexed to the Consent Terms. 5.
Shrinivasan Venkatraman Iyer and Anil Jakhete admit the contents of the Consent Terms and execution thereof. The Resolution annexed to the Consent Terms records that the Respondent No. 2society has consented and agreed to exclude land bearing CTS No. 1460/C ademeasuring 416.00 sq mtrs from the Unilateral Deemed Conveyance Certificate, dated 20th March 2025. 6.
It appears that, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement of the dispute out of their own volition and there is no coercion or duress. The Consent Terms are thus taken on record and marked "X". 7.
The learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 8 submits that, the Respondent No. 8 has filed a Petition challenging the order of Deemed Conveyance.

The Petition stands disposed in accordance with the Consent Terms "X".

The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

The Respondent No.1 shall pass the necessary orders in accordance with the Consent Terms.

It is clarified that these Consent Terms will not bind the persons who are not parties to the Consent Terms and the Writ Petition filed by the Respondent No. 8 will be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
