Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.

A limited prayer in the petition is to issue direction to the Executing Court to hear and decide the Execution Application No.4 of 2015 in a time-frame.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed Execution Application No.4 of 2015 for execution of the decree passed in Special Civil Suit No.86 of 2007 dated 24th July, 2015.

Without delving into the correctness of the contentions raised in the petition, in view of the directions of the Supreme Court to decide the execution petition within a period of six 1/2

34-WP13235-2025.DOC months, the petition stands disposed with request to the learned Judge, seized with Execution Application No.4 of 2015, to hear and decide the execution application as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of the communication of this order.
