Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.

By this petition, the learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks expeditious hearing of the application filed by the petitioners for decree on admission under Order XII Rule 6 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908.

Since the application was filed in the month of June, 2025 and the Court finds there are as many as 724 defendants, no order can be passed directing the trial Court to hear and decide the application expeditiously.

The petition stands disposed.
