The Petitioner in this case seeks to pursue this matter inperson. However, no copy of permission granted by the concerned Committee has been placed before us. Rather, from the Praecipe moved in the matter it appears that the Committee has denied him the person. However, the Petitioner asserts that he was granted such permission.

In view of the above, Registry to verify and list the matter again with appropriate note clarifying the position. 3.
