The learned counsel for the Petitioner makes a categorical statement that the Petitioner's application dated 10 December 2024 seeking action under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 ("SARFAESI Act") is not being disposed of by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Alibag.
