Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Mr. Saket Mone, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. He, however, submits that as the application for grant of permission for sale under Section 36 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 is awaiting adjudication for almost two years, the learned Charity Commissioner be directed to hear and decide the Application No.102 of 2024 in a time frame. 3.

Having regard to the mandate of the provisions contained in Section 36 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950, the prayer of the Petitioner is justifiable.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The learned Charity Commissioner seized with Application No.102 of 2024 is requested to hear and decide the said application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. 6.
