The Writ Petition, along with the Annexures, has been served on Respondent No.1 via soft copies.

Let the affidavit in reply be filed, at least, ten days prior to the returnable date.

We record that if there is no legal impediment for issuance of the Occupancy Certificate, Respondent No.1 would be at liberty to initiate appropriate steps.
