Learned Advocate for the petitioners states that the petitioners are present in Court, and on their instructions, they are not pressing the writ petition in view of statutory remedy available to the petitioners to challenge the order of issuing certificate under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. 2.

Hence, keeping all questions raised in the writ petition open to be agitated before the Revisional Authority, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
