Mr. Setalvad has submitted that this Court had granted a last chance to DRT-III to dispose of Interim Application by passing orders thereupon. He has sought time to place on Affidavit the subsequent events after passing of the order dated 13th October 2025.

A similar request is made by the Petitioner in Writ Petition (St.) No. 29997 of 2025.

Accordingly, the respective Petitioners shall file their Affidavits on or before 11th December 2025.

Place the Writ Petitions for directions on the supplementary board on 12th December 2025.
