Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner's grievance with regard to the negative blocking has already been redressed. However, the grievance with regard to the blocking of ITC to the extent of Rs.1,28,21,097/- remains unresolved. Mr. Sandip Gaterao, learned counsel for the petitioner, based on instructions, states that the petitioner will now make a representation to the second and fourth respondents, by urging all contentions, including the contentions now raised in this petition. He submits that some directions may be issued to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation as

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that such representation will be made within two weeks from today. If such representation is indeed made to the second and fourth respondents shall consider and dispose of such representation as expeditiously as possible and in any event within two months from the date of its receipt. The respondent must hear the petitioner, pass a reasoned order, and communicate the same to the petitioner.

All contentions of all parties are left open. 5.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms without any cost for order.

All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
