Heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners at length. 2.

The Petitioners desire that this Court should issue a direction to the City Civil Court, Mumbai to hear Suit No.741 of 2024, out of turn by giving precedence to this matter over other pending cases. 3.

There are several litigants in queue seeking expeditious disposal of their cases. All litigants have equal rights. Just because the Petitioners could approach this Court does not mean that their case 1/2 4-WP-13487-2025.odt Dixit

should be given a special status and a precedence over other pending cases. In a matter lodged in 2024, we are not inclined to issue such directions. The City Civil Court, Mumbai would consider cases before it in queue, based on the dates of lodging of such proceedings. 4.
