We are not convinced with the submissions. However, he wants to place on record as to how the petitioners are continued as members of Child Welfare Committee (CWC) when the notification dated 02.06.2022 states that their term of appointment was for three years from that date. He also submits that the petitioners have responded to the show-cause notice however, the copy of the same has not been given. He is at liberty to file the documents within a period of two weeks. 3.
