Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The challenge in this petition is to an order dated 1st August 2025, passed by the learned District Judge, Pune, primarily on the ground that the said order is passed in breach of the office order issued by the learned Principal District Judge on 31st July 2025. 3.

If that is the case, the petitioner can approach the Court which has passed the order dated 1st August 2025 and invite the attention of the of the Court to the office order dated 31st July 2025, regarding the allocation of judicial business.
