The Petitioner's claim of belonging to the 'Thakur' Scheduled Tribe category, has been pending validation since 14th October, 2016. The Vigilance Cell inquiry has been concluded, and a copy of the report has already been served upon the Petitioner. The biological father, biological uncle and first biological cousin have been granted validity certificates, is the contention of the Petitioner.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions :
