In amended paragraph 11(C) the Petitioner has stated that at the time of admission on 17 August 2025, the only original document not submitted was the caste validity certificate. For this document, Respondent No.1-college accepted a written undertaking from the Petitioner committing to submit the same within a stipulated period of six months. It is further stated in amended paragraph 11(N) that the Petitioner had accompanied by family members visited the Respondent No.1-college. The Petitioner has identified in her additional affidavit one case of Mr. Pise Yash Sunil whose admission had been cancelled and thereafter restored on 12 September 2025. She has submitted that the Petitioner had requested for restoration of the admission on 10 September 2025 and the restoration application ought to have been considered in the same manner as it had to be considered for Mr. Pise Yash Sunil. 4.

The Petitioner shall file a further additional affidavit in order to clarify her stand on the submission of Creamy Layer Certificate with the Respondent No.1-college on 17 August 2025 and whether the written undertaking from the Petitioner committing to submit the caste validity certificate within the stipulated period of six months has been complied with.
