The learned Addl.PP submits, on instructions, that in the light of the observations of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in paragraph 9 of the order dated 16.09.2025, the State has moved a praecipe before the Registrar (Judicial-I) for seeking appropriate orders from the Hon'ble The Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court for clubbing all the matters filed at Nagpur, Aurangabad, Kolhapur and Mumbai, before a particular Bench. We are informed that some of the Petitioners in such matters filed at the Aurangabad Bench have also made a request of clubbing of the matters. 2.
In view of the above, liberty to circulate after such direction is issued.

In the event of urgency, the Petitioners are at liberty to circulate the matter before the Vacation Bench, with at least 48 hours notice to the Respondents.
