GP places on record a corrigendum dated 4th November, 2025, which redresses the grievance of the Petitioners, who would now become eligible to be considered under the advertisement at issue. The learned Senior Advocate submits that though the Petitioners' grievance is redressed, if any issue arises in the future with regard to clause 2(a) and 2(b) of the notification dated 18th July 2025, the same may be considered in an appropriate proceeding. 4.

In response, the learned Addl. GP submits that, in the light of corrigendum 'X', the apprehension expressed by the learned Senior Advocate is actually put to rest.

In view of the above, both these Petitions are disposed off.

The issue with regard to clause 2(a) and 2(b) of the notification dated 18th July, 2025 may be considered in an appropriate proceeding.
