By filing this Writ Petition, the Petitioners are seeking a direction from this Court for expeditious disposal of the Revision Application No.270 of 2025 which is pending before the Respondent No.2. In terms of the order dated 4th November, 2025, Mr. Alaspurkar, learned AGP appearing for the State has obtained instructions and submits that the date of the hearing in the Revision Application is fixed on 9th December, 2025 and accordingly, the Revision Application will be taken up for expeditious disposal.

The learned AGP has, however, sought six weeks time to complete the process. The request of the learned AGP is found reasonable.

Taking note of the submission made by learned AGP, we dispose of the Writ Petition by providing that within six weeks from 9th December, 2025, the Revision Application be finally disposed of by a reasoned order subject to the condition that Petitioners render all necessary co-operation in that regard.
