The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that within 90 days from the date of the order passed by this Court on 15th October 2025, based on the Affidavit Cum Undertaking tendered by the Petitioner dated 14th October, 2025, the writ structure would be demolished voluntarily at the cost of the Petitioner. To be specific, he submits that on or before 15th January 2026, the structure would be demolished and the debris would be cleared. Gayatri Shimpi

The learned Advocate for the MMRDA submits that the land at issue is encroached by the Petitioner. He denies the said statement.

Since the Petitioner prays that this Petition be disposed off in the light of the voluntary statement made, the said statement is recorded and this Petition is disposed off.
