The learned AGP appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has tendered a letter dated 16th October 2025 addressed by the concerned Tehsildar, Shirur, Pune to the competent Officer of the Petitioner, wherein it is stated that taking of physical possession of the subject property has been scheduled on 13th November 2025. The said letter dated 16th October 2025 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

We have considered that the order passed by the learned District Magistrate for taking possession of the subject property was way back on 1st January 2024. The physical possession of the subject property has not been 1/2

JPP 904. WP 13594.2025.doc taken till date. The concerned Tehsildar shall take physical possession of the subject property on 13th November 2025, as scheduled and mentioned in the said letter dated 16th October 2025 marked 'X'. 3.

We will grant no further time to the concerned Tehsildar and she will be answerable to the Court in the event physical possession of the subject property is not taken on 13th November 2025. 4.
