This Writ Petition has been placed under the caption 'for Compliance' pursuant to the Order dated 17th October, 2025. The learned AGP for Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 had tendered a Letter dated 16th November, 2025 addressed by the concerned Tehsildar, Shirur, KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Pune to the competent Officer of the Petitioner stating that physical by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2025.11.17 11:16:04 +0530 possession of the subject property had been scheduled on 13th November, 2025. The said letter was taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

This Court had accordingly directed the concerned Tehsildar to take physical possession of the subject property on the scheduled date i.e. 13th November, 2025.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the said order has been complied with by the concerned Tehsildar who has taken possession of the subject property on 13th November, 2025.
