By this Writ Petition, the petitioner takes an exception to the common judgment and order dated 24.09.2025 passed by respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee, by which the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe has been invalidated. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the order dated 29.09.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 11976 of 2025 (Kalpana d/o Vaijnath Wallamwad and others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and another) and points out that the order impugned in this Writ Petition has already been set-aside by this Court.

In that view of the matter, since the impugned order has already been set-aside by this Court, in the matter of Kalpana d/o Vaijnath Wallamwad (supra), we follow the same course and pass the following order.

O R D E R

(i) The Writ Petition is partly allowed.

(ii) The impugned order dated 24.09.2025 passed by the respondent/Scrutiny Committee is hereby quashed and set- aside (ii) Respondent No.2-Caste Scrutiny Committee is directed to issue a caste validity certificate to the petitioner confirming that he belongs to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe, within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

(iii) The validity certificate of the petitioner shall be subject to the outcome of verification to be undertaken by the Caste Scrutiny Committee of validity holders on whom the petitioner is relying.

(iv) The petitioner shall not be entitled to claim equities. (ABASAHEB D. SHINDE) (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE JUDGE
