Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. 2.

A limited grievance of the Petitioners is that an application for temporary injunction filed by the Petitioners in SCS No.86 of 2024 has not been heard, though the same was filed in the month of January 2024. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Court had issued notice to the Defendants on 23 January 2024, Defendants appeared and reply to the Interim Application / written statement have been filed. 4.

As the pleadings in the application for temporary injunction appeared to be complete, learned Judge, Pune, is requested to decide the application for temporary injunction in SCS No.86 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible, and, preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication of this Order.
