Order passed by the DSLR dated 23.11.2022 (appended at page Nos. 48-56 of Petition) is under challenge in the present Petition which is filed on 21.08.2025. It pertains to mutation of name of parties to the Petition. Prima facie said order is appellable order under Section 257 read with Schedule 'E' of the MLRC, 1966. 3.

Today when the matter is called out, none appears for Petitioner. In order to give one chance to Petitioner, matter is adjourned to 11th November, 2025 on which date Petitioner is directed to remain present through her Advocate to argue the Petition.
