At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend the petition to delete respondent Nos. 3 to 40. Accordingly, leave to amend to delete these respondents. Amendment be carried out during the course of the day. 2.
Amended copy of the petition be served upon the Office of learned Government Pleader.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as a limited relief is prayed for in this petition, it be considered and disposed of at the admission stage.

Such relief is that the Revisional Authority be directed to decide the application raising an objection to the maintainability of the revisional proceedings Digitally signed by SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date:
2025.10.17 18:37:38 +0530 filed by the respondents, to be decided expeditiously and secondly that the SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM petitioner's revision application be taken up and decided expeditiously.
These are the reliefs as prayed for in the prayer clauses (a) and (b). These prayers are required to be noted, which reads thus :
(a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the Respondent No. 2 Ld. Revenue Minister to first decide the Application for maintainability filed in Revision Application No.RTS/2724/3878/PK.464/J-4 considering the written submissions given by the Petitioner;
(b) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the Respondent No. 2 Ld.Revenue Minister to decide and pass separate orders in Revision Application No.RTS/2724/4004/PK.304/J-4 and Revision Application No. RTS/2724/3878/PK.464/J-4; 5.
Ms. Thakur, learned Additional GP, on instructions, submits that in fact on the petitioner's own statement the proceedings were heard and orders are now being passed.

In any event, keeping open all the contentions of the parties, we are of the opinion that the petitioner's application on maintainability filed in Revision Application No.RTS/2724/3878/PK.464/J-4 and petitioner's revision be taken up and decided independently and expeditiously by the Revisional Authority in accordance with law.

Let all the parties be accordingly heard and appropriate orders be passed as expeditiously as possible within a period of six weeks from the date of copy of this order is presented before the Revisional Authority. 8.
All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. 9.
The petition stands disposed of. No costs.
