Heard Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Jagtap, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent.

At the outset, Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel seeks leave to annex copy of the impugned order dated 14.10.2025, as earlier copy of the said order was not available. 3.
Leave as aforesaid is granted.

The Operative Part of the said order reads as under :- "1. This application is allowed as follows:
2. The custody of Ela and Om be delivered to respondent for Diwali vacation access from 18/10/2025 to 24/10/2025. The father of
respondent shall travel to and fro with the children from India to Singapore and back for the aforesaid vacation access.
3. The children shall be invariably dropped back to the custody of petitioner on 24/10/2025.
4. The superintendent of Nazar Department shall hand over the passports of the children to the father of respondent for the above travel. On return respondent/father shall deposit the passports of the children with the superintendent of Nazar Department.
5. During his custody, petitioner shall take proper care of the physical and emotional well-being of the child.
6. Any unjustified disobedience shall invite stern adverse action against the defaulting party.
7. Steno copy of this order be provided to both the parties immediately".

Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel states that as the son is of 08 years and daughter is of 12 years both of them require emotional support of the Petitioner - Mother. He therefore states that it is necessary that the Petitioner - Mother shall also travel with the children. He submits that the mother will stay in a hotel and will not interfere in the access given to the father.

Perusal of the record shows that both, Petitioner and Respondent are 'Dentist'. Even, the grandfather i.e. father of the Respondent is also a 'Dentist'.

In fact, as per the impugned order dated 14th October 2025, father of the Respondent i.e. grandfather will be accompanying the children from India to Singapore for the Diwali Vacation Access between 18th October 2025 to 24th October 2025 and he will bring both of them back. 8.
Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel states that, approximate expenditure for traveling for the mother and for stay will be about Rs.2,00,000/-.

Accordingly, order dated 14th October 2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Pune below Exhibit-102 in Petition A. No.1533 of 2023 is confirmed subject to following modifications:
i.
The Petitioner - Vrishali Gautam Govitrikar i.e. mother is also permitted to travel along with the children. However, it is specifically clarified
that she will stay in a separate hotel and will not interfere with the access of the children with the father from 18th October 2025 to 24th October 2025.
ii. It is further directed that for enabling the Petitioner to get VISA, the Respondent shall completely co-operate and fulfill the requirements namely providing copy of the passport to the Respondent and any other necessary requirement for issuance of Visa in favour of the mother.
iii. The Respondent shall deposit an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- before the Family Court, Pune on or before 18th October 2025.
iv. On furnishing copy of the receipt of deposit before the Family Court, Pune of said amount of Rs.2,00,000/- and after fulfillment by the Respondent about requirements necessary for issuing VISA in favour of the mother, the
Petitioner - Mother shall hand over the custody of children to the father of the Respondent i.e. Prakash Govitrikar.
v. The Petitioner, after return from Singapore, is at liberty to file Application before the learned Family Court, Pune, for reimbursement of expenses incurred by the Petitioner by placing before the Court receipts/Plane tickets, etc. of actual expenses.
vi. After satisfying about the actual expenses incurred by the Petitioner, the Family Court, Pune shall allow the Petitioner to withdraw the said amount and the balance amount be refunded to the Respondent.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
