The Petitioner is a private contractor. He desires that the High Court should issue a Writ of Mandamus for the recovery of his unpaid bills, which according to the Petitioner, should be paid by Respondent Nos.4 and 5, which is the Grampanchayat and the Sarpanch.

The High Court will not exercise its Writ jurisdiction for causing recovery of private bills of a private contractor. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the bills became SUNNY THOTE

902-WP-13658-2025-(C).odt due in between July-2023 to June-2024. The limitation period is of three years. The Petitioner can file a Recovery Suit and get the amounts recovered.
