The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that, though there are promotional posts available and the Department is not initiating the process for filling up the said posts. 2.

All the Petitioners are Anganwadi Sevikas, and the Chief Sevika is the post available on promotion. As online examination needs to be conducted, all the Petitioners have tendered their online Examination Forms in March, 2025. The representation is at page No. 135 which contained an erroneous date. The learned Advocate for the Petitioners identifies Annexure 'D' at page 135, to be the representation, which should be decided by Respondent No.3. Vina Khadpe

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.3 to follow the due process laid down in law and decide the representation Annexure 'D' at page 135, within a period of 30 days.
