A praecipe has been filed by the learned Counsel for the respondent No.4 for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 4th November, 2025.

Learned Counsel for the respondent No.4, on instructions, submits that the notice issued by the Government of India, Directorate General of Health Services applies only to the deemed Universities and not to the Central Universities. She, therefore, seeks deletion of the word 'Central' from the fifth line of para 2 of the aforesaid order dated 4th November, 2025.

Accordingly, the said sentence of para 2 shall now read as under:

"As far as notice issued by the Government of India, Directorate General of Health Services, which is at Exhibit - H at Page - 90 of the Petition is concerned, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.4, on instructions states that the said notice applies only to deemed Universities and does not apply to private colleges."

The order dated 4th November, 2025 be corrected accordingly. Rest of the order to remain as it is. SANDESH D. PATIL, J.
