The present Petition is filed for a limited relief for directions to decide the Petitioner's representations dated 04/08/2023 addressed to the Collector District, Thane and dated 27/05/2025 addressed to Collector and other authorities District, Thane expeditiously.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The representations dated 04/08/2023 at Ex.B of this Petition and dated 27/05/2025 at Ex.K of this Petition shall be decided by the concerned authorities within a period of 10 weeks.

(ii) It is made clear that the authorities shall give notice to Respondent Nos.5 to 8 herein and after giving fair opportunity to the Petitioner as well as to the Respondent Nos.5 to 8 herein, the representation be decided in accordance with law.

(iii) With these directions, the Petition is disposed of. (iv) It is made clear that we have not made any comments on the merits of the matter.
