Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that in view of the query made by this Court as to who is the authority who can deal with the request of the shifting of the high tension wire, he submits that as per the information gathered, it is respondent No.5 - the Chief Engineer, Maharashtra State Power Distribution Company Limited, Nashik. However, no application has been made by the petitioner to respondent No.5 and therefore, he seeks liberty to withdraw this Petition and to make the communication to respondent No.5.

In view of the same, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the Petition and to make the representation to respondent No.5. If such application is made to respondent No.5 within a period of fifteen days from today; though respondent No.5 has not been served, yet respondent No.5 to take decision on the said application / representation within a period of two months thereafter.
