Heard Mr. Ashutosh Kulkarni, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Suresh Chandrashekhar, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent.

In the morning session, after making submissions for some time, both the learned Counsel submitted that the parties will try to arrive at agreed mutual arrangement.

Accordingly, in the afternoon session, Mr. Rishi Bhatt, learned Counsel appears for the Petitioner and Ms. Li Shu Fen, learned Counsel appears for the Respondent and tender the 'Consent Terms'. The
Consent Terms are signed by the Petitioner - Shishir Vivekanand Shetty and the Respondent - Sangita Ravi Nee Parmar. Both the Petitioner and the Respondent are personally present in the Court. Both of them state that they have signed the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are also signed by the respective Advocates of the parties. The respective Advocates identify the signatures of the respective parties. 4.
Accordingly, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Consent Terms read as under :-

Accordingly, by consent of the parties, the Order dated 8th October 2025 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court,
Mumbai below Exhibit-42 in Petition No. A-742 of 2022 is modified in terms of the Consent Terms.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
