By issuing appropriate writ, order or directions, the representation dated 12.08.2023, 24.11.2023, 23.01.2024, 14.07.2025, 06.08.2025 & 02.09.2025 for entering the name of the Zilla Parishad School building on the 7/12 extract of gut No. 238 of village Borgaon (A), Tq. Loha, Dist. Nanded may kindly be directed to be decided within stipulated period at the most within 4 weeks.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and points out that on 12.08.2025, the Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Loha had informed the petitioner about pendency of R.C.S NO. 324/2023 before Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kandhar which is in respect of title over the suit land.

Mr. Muley, learned Advocate, holding for Mr. Kale, learned Advocate for petitioner was unable to give further details. However, even after perusing the documents on record, it can be seen that the title in respect of the land over which the building of the school has been constructed to some extent appears to have been disputed and the suit is pending. Under such circumstance, this is not the fit case where we should exercise our powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4.

Writ petition stands dismissed.
