The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, the appointment of Respondent No. 7 has been cancelled vide the communication dated 19th December, 2025, after an enquiry was held by the authorities. He places on record the said communication, which is taken on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification. He further submits that, in view of the said communication, the cause raised by the Petitioner in the present Petition stands satisfied and, therefore, the Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the Petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
