In all these petitions, order impugned in the petitions dismisses revision application filed by the petitioner, mainly on the ground that petitioner failed to comply with Section 154(2A) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. 2.

The order impugned before the Revisional Authority having been passed under Section 101 of the MCS Act, it was mandatory for the petitioner to comply with Section 154(2A). Dismissal of revision application on the ground of non-compliance with Section 154-2A cannot be faulted.

However, the petitioner on compliance with Section 154-2A, the Revisional Authority shall consider petitioner's revision application on merits. With this, all writ petitions stand disposed of.
