Mr.Mhaispurkar, the learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this petition and approach the Assistant Charity Commissioner by filing fresh change report in light of the order passed by the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner in Scheme Application No. ACC/18/2022 dated 28th April 2023.

Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

In the event fresh change report is filed, the Assistant Charity Commissioner shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
