The only relief sought in the present Petition is that the application dated 9th August 2021 be considered by the Additional/Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation), Raigad, along with the report submitted by the Tehsildar, Panvel to the Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation), Raigad. The Petitioner contends that a final decision on such application is required to be taken. 2.

Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, we dispose of this Petition with a direction to the Additional/Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation), Raigad, to decide the Petitioner's application dated 9th August 2021 in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from today. 3.

The Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
