After hearing the petitioner's advocate for some time, it transpired that the order of termination issued by the concerned authority to the petitioner was brought to the notice of the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 1342 of 2022, by which this Court had granted liberty to challenge the said termination order before the competent Tribunal. However, till date, the termination order has not been challenged by the petitioner. In the light of this, no further adjudication of the cause or the grievance raised by the petitioner can be taken up for consideration in writ jurisdiction.

The learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to challenge the termination order before the appropriate Tribunal.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. All contentions raised by the petitioner in the present petition are kept open, including the issue of limitation. 5.

In view of the disposal of the writ petition, the intervention applications also stand disposed of.
